Overnight install on T-1, full visibility at peak commute on T-0, photo capture by mid-morning, social amplification by lunch, daily refresh photos for the rest of launch week.
The format exists because a product launch is a single moment, not a rolling presence. A DTC drop, an app launch, an album release, a film premiere, a fashion capsule, these have a hard date attached. The street layer has to land that day, not a week before and not a week after. The blitz is built around that constraint.
The bundle is multi-format by default. Wheatpaste posters carry the brand at scale on long walls and construction hoardings. Sidewalk stencils run wayfinding from transit stops and parking corridors to the launch venue if there is one. The launch-day countdown
T-21 days: brief intake and launch-day blueprint. The campaign starts three weeks out with a brief intake call and a launch-day blueprint. We confirm city count, one, two, or three for a true synchronized blitz; four to six for an extended-window blitz; more than that triggers a tour conversation. We agree on the mix between ramp-up creative and launch-day creative. We lock the social-capture deliverable timing.
T-14 days: creative lock and surface scout. Final artwork lands at T-14 in both ramp-up and launch-day variants. The field team scouts the launch corridors and confirms property-owner consent on every wall, hoarding, scaffold, and window. Stencil cut paths are finalized for the wayfinding routes. Interior venue partners, bars, gyms, cafés, retail hosts, sign off on placements. The site map gets shared with the brand for sign-off before print runs.
T-10 days: print start and crew booking. Print production starts at T-10 to give the rush calendar a ten-day cushion. We print to the standard 24×36 and 27×40 formats by default; multi-panel builds and specialty finishes (spot-UV, varnish, foil) start earlier in the production calendar. Stencil materials cut concurrently. Crews get booked across every market in the campaign, with backup operators on call for weather contingency. Materials stage at our local hubs in NYC, LA, SF, Chicago, and Miami.
T-3 days: crew staging and final ramp-up installs. Three days out, crews stage at the local hub for kit assembly: paste buckets mixed, posters rolled by neighborhood, stencil templates labeled by route, interior install kits prepped per venue. Ramp-up creative, if the campaign uses it, has been live for several days at this point, the launch-day teaser layer is already building curiosity while the press embargo holds.
T-1 night: overnight install across every market. The synchronized install runs overnight on T-1. In a one-city blitz, a single crew operates a full route from midnight to dawn. In a two- or three-city blitz, parallel crews run in lockstep with a coordination lead checking install windows in real time. Posters paste, stencils cut, interior windows install, pole stickers go up. By 6 a.m. local time on launch day, the entire blitz is live and ready for the morning commute.
T-0 launch day: photo capture and social handoff. Field photographers run the blitz route at first light. Wide shots for context, close shots for product visibility, pedestrian-in-frame shots for social. The first photo batch hits the brand’s social team’s inbox by 10 a.m. local time.
