Privacy policy.
How Beyond Street Media handles your data, your brief, and your campaign records, written without legalese, with the same operator-direct voice as the rest of the site.
SECTION 01What we collect.
We collect three categories of data: brief intake data (what you send through the contact form or by email), campaign operations data (the photo bundles, GPS logs, and field records associated with a campaign you've engaged us for), and web analytics data (basic aggregate traffic patterns on this site).
We do not collect: precise location data from your device, sensitive personal categories under GDPR Article 9, or any data from minors under 16.
SECTION 02How we use it.
Brief intake data is used to scope, quote, and run your campaign. It is not used to build a marketing list, sold, or shared with third parties for advertising. Campaign operations data is used to deliver your campaign and audit it, and to maintain our portfolio of past work for case-study and pitch use, always with client approval before publication.
Web analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages perform. Never linked to an identifiable visitor.
SECTION 03Brief intake data.
When you submit our brief intake form or email us, you provide: name, company, work email, optional phone, brief shape, markets, window, budget bracket, and free-text brief detail. This data goes directly to operations + strategy at Brooklyn HQ. It is stored in our customer-relationship system (HubSpot) and our project-management system (Notion).
If you do not become a client within 18 months of submission, your brief intake record is deleted unless you've asked us to keep you on a periodic dispatch.
SECTION 04Field log + campaign data.
Once a campaign is engaged, the field-log app captures: install photos (wide, mid, detail), GPS coordinates, install timestamp, installer ID, and wall metadata (size, surface type, neighborhood). This data is yours. We share the full bundle with you at delivery, and you may request a full data export at any time.
We retain a copy for our operational records, audit cycles, and (with your approval only) portfolio use. Without your approval, no campaign work appears on our public case studies.
SECTION 05Cookies + analytics.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregate, privacy-conscious traffic measurement: IP addresses are anonymized, no advertising or remarketing features are enabled, and GA4 sets first-party analytics cookies only. We use no Meta Pixel and no third-party advertising trackers.
You can disable cookies in your browser without losing site functionality.
SECTION 06Who we share with.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Limited operational sharing happens with: our paper-printing partners (file delivery only, no contact data), our insurance carrier (campaign manifest for AOI riders), and our hosting and analytics providers (Netlify, Google), all of whom are bound by their own GDPR-aligned policies.
We will disclose data when required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order). If that happens and we are legally permitted to notify you, we will.
SECTION 07How long we keep it.
- Brief intake (no contract signed): 18 months from submission.
- Active client records: for the duration of the engagement + 7 years thereafter (IRS tax record minimum).
- Field log + photo bundles: indefinitely on our private storage; deletable on written request.
- Web analytics (aggregate, anonymized): indefinitely.
SECTION 08Your rights.
Whether you're a US resident, EU/UK resident, or California resident, you can: request a copy of your data, request deletion, request correction, opt out of marketing emails, and opt out of any future processing. Send an email to info@beyondstreetmedia.com with the request. We respond within 30 days.
SECTION 09Children + age.
This site and its services are intended for clients and agency procurement leads, typically aged 18+ and acting in a business capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
SECTION 10Updates + contact.
We will post updates to this policy on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
