The deepest paste market in the country.
New York is the deepest wheatpaste market in the United States, and the most competitive. Manhattan below 14th and most of north Brooklyn run on foot, the surface inventory is enormous, and the audience reads street paper as part of the city rather than as advertising bolted onto it.
It is also the highest-maintenance market we run. The best walls get pasted over within days, so a New York campaign carries a tighter refresh cadence than anywhere else to hold its exposure. Every wall comes back with a GPS-stamped photo, and we have zero municipal removals on record.
New York is where our longest client record sits. The Brooklyn Museum has run three separate exhibition campaigns with us, for Spike Lee, Thierry Mugler, and Pablo-Matic. Signal, Sézane, Yonex, Yonex × G-Shock, RYZE Superfoods, Ariana and the Rose, and the Maria Magdalena Campos-Pons BEHOLD exhibition have all run paste-up here, alongside community work like Sweat FC and a Bed-Stuy youth soccer program. That is the record the photo proof on this page is drawn from.

New York City is the anchor and has its own page. The rest of the state runs off the same crew, quoted per city, with the same documented consent and the same GPS-stamped photo on every wall.

New York questions.
The short version. Anything else, the brief is the call.
Q · 01 Is wheatpaste advertising legal in New York?
Yes, on private walls with the owner's written consent, collected before anything gets pasted. There is no single statewide wheatpasting statute in New York. The rule lives in municipal code, so New York City's posting and handbill provisions read differently from Buffalo's, and the constant is the same in both: a private surface plus documented permission is legal, and public infrastructure is not. We never touch utility poles, traffic signs, transit surfaces, or municipal right-of-way. Some historic districts require extra clearance, which we handle before dispatch.
Q · 02 Which New York cities and neighborhoods do you cover?
New York City is our anchor market, across both Manhattan and Brooklyn. In Manhattan we run SoHo, the Lower East Side, and Tribeca. In Brooklyn we run Williamsburg, Bushwick, and Bed-Stuy. Those six corridors carry the majority of the campaigns we install in the state, and each has its own surface profile, hold time, and refresh cadence on file.
Q · 03 How much does a New York wheatpaste campaign cost?
Campaigns start at $3,500 with printing and installation included. New York's competition for wall space means we usually budget refreshes every 7 to 10 days to hold the strongest positions, which adds to the placement count rather than to the rate. Multi-city tours that pair New York with other metros start at $25,000. Every figure is a published floor, not an RFP gate, and a line-item quote returns in 24 to 48 hours.
Q · 04 Which brands have run wheatpaste with you in New York?
The Brooklyn Museum has run three exhibition campaigns with us: Spike Lee, Thierry Mugler, and Pablo-Matic. Signal, Sézane, Yonex, the Yonex × G-Shock collaboration, RYZE Superfoods, IPSA, Lifeshop, and Ariana and the Rose have all run paste-up in the city, along with the Maria Magdalena Campos-Pons BEHOLD exhibition and a Virgil Abloh tribute. We also run community and advocacy work here, including Sweat FC and Nonprofits of NY. Every one of those closed with a GPS-stamped photo of each wall.
Q · 05 How fast can a New York campaign launch?
Five to seven days from approved creative to first wall on standard scope. We print in-house rather than brokering production out, so the cycle stays tight, and New York is the market where our crew runs most often. Fashion Week, gallery openings, and major exhibition windows book out further, so those dates are worth claiming early. Expedited runs are available at a rush premium when a launch date will not move.
Q · 06 Do you cover Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, or other New York cities?
New York City is our anchor market with standing wall relationships. We ship crews to other New York cities including Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany on a quoted basis, with the same chain of custody and the same documentation standard. Send the city with your brief and the quote returns with a permit and travel breakdown.
Q · 07 Why does New York need a refresh plan when other markets do not?
Because the walls turn over faster here than anywhere else in the country. A strong corridor in SoHo or Williamsburg can get pasted over within days by someone else, so a campaign priced only on the initial install will quietly lose its footprint halfway through the run. We plan New York campaigns with a refresh cadence built into the placement count from the start, and the photo log is what proves the footprint held. That is the difference between buying posters and buying exposure.
