Campaign agreements
Each campaign is governed by a separate scope agreement that defines markets, surfaces, dates, deliverables, and creative specs. These site terms govern your use of beyondstreetmedia.com. They do not supersede or replace your campaign scope agreement. If there is a conflict between a signed campaign agreement and these terms, the campaign agreement controls.
Intellectual property
Photo documentation delivered as part of your wrap deck is yours to use for marketing, press, and reporting purposes. The copy, code, and design of this website, including all text, layouts, and graphic elements, belong to Beyond Street Media and may not be reproduced without written permission. Your campaign creative remains your property; we do not claim rights to client-supplied artwork.
Payment terms
All campaigns require a deposit before crew dispatch and print production begins. The balance is due upon delivery of the final wrap deck. Established clients with an active credit relationship may be invoiced NET-15 from wrap deck delivery. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are in production. Invoices unpaid past NET-15 accrue a 1.5% monthly late fee.
Documentation guarantee
Every paid campaign delivers a wrap deck containing the total placement count, GPS-tagged installation photographs, and daily install logs compiled during the active campaign window. This documentation standard applies to all services: wheatpaste, stencils, pole stickers, interior installs, and all program formats. No exceptions.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations received before materials go to print are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations received after print but before crew dispatch are eligible for a partial refund. Production costs are deducted. Once a campaign is mid-install, no refund is available. If a campaign must stop due to circumstances outside client control (force majeure, municipal order), we will reschedule at no additional cost or issue a pro-rata credit for work not yet completed.
Liability
Beyond Street Media secures property-owner permission on every surface we use. We do not post on City-owned infrastructure, transit assets, or utility equipment. Beyond Street Media is not liable for client-supplied creative content, compliance with FEC, FDA, FTC, TTB, or other regulatory bodies is the client's responsibility. We flag obvious compliance issues at intake and will not install creative we believe to be unlawful, but final compliance responsibility rests with the client.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or a campaign relationship will be resolved in New York courts.
