Seven disciplines. Published floors.
Starting points for single-market briefs. Multi-market and combined-format briefs get a custom quote from the same base.
Wheatpaste.
Hand-pasted poster advertising on permitted walls, scaffolds, hoardings. Most common BSM discipline. Base price covers paper, paste, permit, install, photo-proof, GPS log, 30-day audit.
Snipe + sticker.
High-density small-format takeover on light poles, utility boxes, news boxes, e-bike racks. Cheapest path to neighborhood saturation.
Murals.
Hand-painted or vinyl-applied large-format on owner-permission walls. 30–90 day window minimum. Premium signature surface for brands earning the right to a permanent install.
Sidewalk stencil.
Reverse-graffiti or chalk-paint stencils on sidewalks at high-foot-traffic corners. 14–21 day weather window. Permit class differs by city. Houston / Miami / LA cleanest, NYC most restrictive.
Floor graphics.
Permanent-adhesive floor decals on sidewalk + indoor partner surfaces. High-density foot traffic capture. 4-8 week dwell on outdoor sidewalk depending on weather.
Interior install.
Partner-bar, gym, coffee, gallery placements. Spray-mount or pin-up, no street permit needed. For music / film / fitness / DTC. Reach inside the venue where the audience already lives.
Expedited campaigns.
Same-week, same-day, or 24-hour brief-to-documented-install. Premium scales with urgency. Anchor case: True Religion × Megan Thee Stallion, Houston, 36 hours signing to install.
What moves your price.
Four variables, every brief. Send them and we send a real number. Not a placeholder range.
Turnaround
Standard runs 5–14 days lead time. 24–72hr expedited adds +80% to +150%+ to the base.
Size
Crew cost amortizes across campaign density.
Location count
Single-market briefs price differently than multi-city programs. Travel + per-diem itemized at cost on non-resident cities.
Service mix
Combining disciplines (wheatpaste + stencil + snipes) changes the math vs. single-format. Quoted as one program, not stacked invoices.
Ranges vary by turnaround, size, location count, and combined service mix. Final quote returned in 24–48 hours.

Six things in every per-wall base.
If a competing quote omits any of these, you are not comparing apples to apples.
Permit + paperwork
Every wall is filed against city ordinance, BID consent, or owner permission. Paperwork closed before the wall enters production. No "gray zone" installs.
Print run + paste
36 × 48 in base sheet at offset weight, multi-panel sequenced for scaffold or mural. 70/30 wheatpaste-to-PVA mix calibrated for 30-day adhesion.
Two-installer crew + GPS log
02:00–05:30 install window. Two-installer team, one lookout per block, one runner per van. Lat/long + timestamp + installer ID captured on every wall.
Three photos per wall
Wide, mid, detail. JPG bundle + CSV install log delivered to client portal within 4 hours of install night. No invoicing until the photo bundle is signed off.
30-day adhesion audit
Day 14, 21, 30 wall checks. Any wall that loses surface gets refreshed on the next paste night. Typical refresh rate runs ~4%.
$2M liability cover
General-liability $2M per occurrence, carrying additional-insured rider for your brand and BIDs we work with. Certificate available on request.
Honest about what's extra.
Five things commonly assumed to be included that aren't. Itemized separately on every quote.
- Creative work and art direction. We install the wall; we do not design the poster. Bring your own creative or partner with us on a separate art-direction scope at $185–225/hr.
- Scaffold permit BID fees. NYC scaffold mesh wraps carry a BID fee of $185–340 per wall depending on district. Itemized at cost, no markup.
- Removal on accelerated request. 30-day natural removal is included. Same-week removal (denatured-alcohol release) runs $400/wall.
- Out-of-market travel for one-off briefs. Small briefs in a non-resident city carry an itemized travel + per-diem line at cost to fly a crew. Resident-city briefs absorb travel.
- Custom field-log integrations. Standard CSV + JPG portal is included. Webhook into your asset-management or DAM runs $2,800 setup + $400/month.
The questions we get first.
Q · 01 Why publish ranges instead of fixed prices?
Final cost depends on city, poster count, crew dispatch distance, flight bookings, surface mix, BID fees, and permit class. One fixed number lies. A published range with the variables named tells the truth. We post the floor + ceiling for each discipline and the levers that move you across the range. Final quote returns inside 24–48 hours of brief intake.
Q · 02 Do you do retainer or agency-of-record relationships?
No. Every engagement is per-campaign. Retainer relationships push agencies toward billable hours and away from execution. If you want a long-term partner, we run quarter-by-quarter against an agreed scope. No retainer, no minimum spend, no annual commitment.
Q · 03 What's the minimum brief size?
Practical floor is $3,500 for a single-neighborhood run in a resident city. Non-resident cities add a flight + per-diem line that gets itemized at cost. Below that floor, the fixed costs (permit, install crew, audit, insurance) make the per-campaign economics ugly for everyone.
Q · 04 How do you compare to a billboard buy?
A single Williamsburg billboard runs $18,000–$32,000/month for one face. The same budget buys a full neighborhood campaign with multi-format coverage. The brand appears in 10× the visual field, with photo-proof on every install and 30-day adhesion audited. Different product. Different math.
Q · 05 Do you offer Expedited Campaigns?
Yes. 24–72 hour brief-to-documented-install on most disciplines. Premium typically doubles the standard rate (+80% to +150%+), quoted case-by-case based on urgency, scope, and city. Anchor case: True Religion × Megan Thee Stallion shipped in 36 hours signing-to-install. Full detail at Expedited Campaigns.
Q · 06 Do you mark up print runs or scaffold permits?
No. Pass-through at cost, itemized on the quote, with vendor invoice available on request. Print runs go through our two paper partners at offset rate; scaffold BID fees go to the BID at published rate. Our margin sits in the per-wall install fee, not in markup on third-party costs.
Q · 07 What's the payment structure?
50% on signed scope, 50% on photo-bundle delivery. Net-30 terms on the back-end half. The final 50% is not invoiced until the photo bundle is signed off by your team. You pay against proof, not promise. Agency partners on white-label briefs can negotiate net-60 on the back half.
