Open walls. Early-mover market.
Texas wheatpaste centers on Austin and Houston. East Austin and the South Congress corridor carry walkable foot traffic, and Houston's inner-loop districts hold long runs on clean brick. The state is nowhere near as saturated as the coasts, so surfaces hold longer and a placement stretches further than the same spend in New York or Los Angeles.
The calendar is the lever here. SXSW and ACL turn Austin paste-up into a timed reach play, and the Texas heat means pre-dawn installs so the paste sets before the sun hits it. Every wall comes back with a GPS-stamped photo, and we have zero municipal removals on record.
True Religion ran a wheatpaste campaign with us in Houston, and VAURA Pilates ran sidewalk stencils in Austin. Texas is an earlier-stage market for us than New York or California, which is exactly why the walls are still open: the brands moving now are claiming corridors before the competition arrives.

Every market in Texas.
Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio each have their own page and standing wall relationships. Everything else in the state is quoted per city off the same Texas rotation.
Austin
The most postered city in the state, and the one where a wall gets read on foot rather than through a windshield. True Religion ran with us in Texas.
Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, San Marcos, Georgetown, Pflugerville. Neighborhoods: South Congress, East Austin, Rainey Street, the Drag, Red River, Cesar Chavez, the Domain, Hyde Park, Clarksville.
Dallas-Fort Worth
Two downtowns and a lot of ground between them, so a DFW buy is really a two-crew day unless the brief is scoped to one side.
Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Frisco, Denton, Garland, McKinney, Grand Prairie. Neighborhoods: Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts, Design District, Lower Greenville, Near Southside, Trinity Groves, Oak Cliff.
Houston
The widest metro we cover. Placement is scoped tight to the inner-loop corridors, because saturation across the whole footprint is not something anyone should be paying for.
Houston, Sugar Land, Pasadena, Katy, The Woodlands, Pearland, Baytown, Conroe. Neighborhoods: Montrose, the Heights, EaDo, Midtown, Rice Village, Third Ward, Washington Avenue, Museum District.
San Antonio
A compact, genuinely walkable core, which makes it one of the better value buys in Texas per wall.
San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Seguin, Boerne. Neighborhoods: Southtown, the Pearl, St. Mary's Strip, Downtown, King William, Alamo Heights.
Border, Gulf, and West Texas
Quoted per city and usually run as a leg on an existing Texas window rather than a standalone dispatch.
El Paso, Laredo, McAllen, Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, Odessa, Waco, College Station, Beaumont, Tyler.

Texas questions.
The short version. Anything else, the brief is the call.
Q · 01 Is wheatpaste advertising legal in Texas?
Yes, on private walls with the owner's written consent, settled before paste day. There is no single statewide wheatpasting statute in Texas. The rule lives in municipal code, so Austin's sign provisions read differently from Houston's or Dallas's, and the constant holds in all of them: a private surface plus documented permission is legal, and public infrastructure is not. We never touch utility poles, traffic signs, transit surfaces, or municipal right-of-way.
Q · 02 Which Texas cities do you cover for wheatpaste?
Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. In Austin we run East Austin and the South Congress corridor. Houston centers on the inner-loop districts, where True Religion ran with us. Dallas and San Antonio are quoted on the same crew rotation. Each city has its own surface profile and hold time on file, and a statewide Texas run is coordinated as a single multi-city program rather than four separate vendor relationships.
Q · 03 How much does a Texas wheatpaste campaign cost?
Campaigns start at $3,500 per city with printing and installation included. Texas holds longer than the coastal markets, so the refresh cadence is lighter and more of the budget goes into initial placement count rather than replacement. Multi-city tours pairing Texas metros start at $25,000. Every figure is a published floor, not an RFP gate, and a line-item quote returns in 24 to 48 hours.
Q · 04 Can you run SXSW or ACL campaigns in Austin?
Yes, and those windows are the single most requested thing we do in Texas. Festival weeks compress a year of foot traffic into days along a handful of corridors, which is exactly the condition paste-up is built for. Those dates book out well in advance and wall availability tightens as they approach, so the brands that land the strongest corridors are the ones that claim them early. Send the window with your brief.
Q · 05 How fast can a Texas campaign launch?
Five to seven days from approved creative to first wall on standard scope. We print in-house rather than brokering production out, so there is no outsourced lead time to wait on. Texas installs run pre-dawn through the hot months so the paste cures before direct sun, which shapes the dispatch schedule but not the overall timeline. Festival windows should be booked further out.
Q · 06 Why is Texas cheaper per impression than the coasts?
Because the walls are not fought over yet. In New York a strong corridor can be pasted over within days, so campaigns there carry a heavy refresh cadence to hold position. Texas surfaces hold considerably longer, which means the same budget buys more days of exposure per placement. That gap will close as the market matures, which is the practical argument for moving now rather than later.
