Vinyl on every bench
Street furniture wraps are custom-cut cast vinyl applied to private commercial benches, docked bike racks, newspaper boxes, and parklets, all installed with property-owner or rack-operator consent. We survey the surface, print and cut the vinyl to its exact dimensions, install it, and send a GPS-stamped photo of every placement. Removal is included, and on permitted surfaces the material comes off clean.
Who it's for.
- You run a café, fitness studio, or neighborhood retailer and want brand presence on the benches and bike racks your customers already use.
- You are a national brand entering a new market and want multi-surface placement at the neighborhood scale.
- You have cultural or design-forward positioning and want placements that read as intentional craft rather than bought inventory.
- You want a format on owned and consented surfaces with documented permission rather than guerrilla risk.
Why it works.
- Furniture, not media
A bench, a bike rack, or a newspaper box reads as furniture, so the brand impression lands before the brain files it as an ad.
- Intersection-level reach
Wraps sit at the bench-sit, bike-rack-lean, and newspaper-grab moments pedestrians pass through every day.
- Hyperlocal density
Wrapping furniture within a few blocks of a venue builds impression density that sidewalk stencils or wheatpaste alone cannot match.
- Print and install in-house
We handle the custom-cut vinyl and the install ourselves, so the fit, the placement, and the removal stay under one roof.
We have run this before.
Every placement we install is photographed with GPS coordinates the day it goes up — the full photo record ships with your wrap deck.

How it's made.
Site survey first
Before anything prints, we survey each surface and take on-site measurements. The vinyl is cut to the actual dimensions of that bench or rack, not a template.
Cast vinyl, custom-cut
We use premium UV-stable cast vinyl with permanent or semi-permanent adhesive, chosen against the surface and the campaign duration.
Two-installer teams
Each install runs with a two-person crew using squeegee and heat gun for a tight, bubble-free wrap on flat and curved surfaces.
Timed per surface
A bench wrap runs 60 to 90 minutes, a bike rack 30 to 60 minutes, and a newspaper box 20 to 40 minutes, so install scheduling stays predictable.
Photo proof per install
Every wrap gets a GPS-stamped photo, so you see exactly what went up and where.
Clean removal included
Removal is part of every campaign. On permitted surfaces the vinyl comes off with no surface damage.

Guides & field notes
Frequently asked.
Q · 01 What surfaces count as street furniture?
Private commercial benches (cafés, retail, hotel exteriors, restaurant patios), docked bike racks coordinated through the rack operator or property owner, private newspaper boxes and free-publication kiosks, parklets and street seating with authorization, and branded receptacles on private property. We do not wrap public transit benches or any furniture without explicit owner consent.
Q · 02 What does a campaign cost?
Campaigns start at $3,200 for a focused single-neighborhood run of around 8 wraps mixing benches, bike racks, and news boxes. Multi-neighborhood and multi-city programs scale up from there. The quote covers site survey, custom-cut vinyl, install, photo proof, and end-of-campaign removal.
Q · 03 How long does turnaround take?
Standard turnaround is 6 to 12 days from brief to install, which includes the site survey, printing, and cutting the vinyl to each surface. Final quotes return in 24 to 48 hours.
Q · 04 How long do the wraps last?
Semi-permanent vinyl runs 3 to 6 months on benches and newspaper boxes. Cast vinyl with permanent adhesive runs 12 to 24 months on benches and 6 to 12 months on bike racks, which see more friction and wear.
Q · 05 Can you run multi-city street furniture campaigns?
Yes. We map the available furniture inventory per city against the brief and coordinate install scheduling for synchronized launch dates. The surface mix usually varies by city, since some metros have dense newspaper-box inventory while others lean toward bike racks or parklets.
Q · 06 How do I know the wraps actually went up?
Every install gets a GPS-stamped photo. BSM has run more than 500 documented installs with zero municipal removals on record, and the photo set for your campaign is yours to keep.
